Ladies Christmas Dinner - December 6 at 6pm
We are looking for ladies who would be willing to host a table at our annual Christmas dinner. If you are interested, please see the guidelines below:
Each table will be round and seat either 6 or 8*. Tablecloths will be provided and are black. The following items MUST be provided at each table:
· Centerpiece (make a theme for your table – snowmen, nativity, candy cane, etc.)
· Candles are allowed but must be contained in a holder/votive.
· You can run power to your table, but you must supply the cords & tape to tape down the length of the cord for safety.
· Keep in mind the height of the centerpiece. If you want to use a tall one, please let us know so we can place you on sides or back of room to avoid obstructing
others view.
· Plates
· Silverware
· Glass (for juice or water)
· Cups/Mugs (for hot drinks), saucers are optional
· Napkins
These are other ideas/items that are optional:
· Table runners, placemats, or different linens
· Small gift for the ladies at your table (card, candle, ornament, candy….)
· Salt & Pepper Shakers
· Creamer & Sugar Containers
· Dessert plate and/or salad bowl/plate
Other duties:
· Greeting the ladies at your table
· Keeping the conversation flowing – make sure everyone is involved and has met others
· Ornament Gift Exchange will be done at your table. Please make sure your table guests know to bring a wrapped ornament valued $5-10 to participate.
· Help fill your table by selling tickets at $15 each. Idea: Invite ladies outside the church and buy their ticket for them. FYI: Your ticket as a hostess is free (total table cost is $105 for 8 seats & $75 for 6 seats). All tickets will be sold either directly to you or online at flfc.church. If you want to fill your table, you must purchase all your tickets upfront and then you can resell them to fill your table or gift them to others. Otherwise, we will fill your table with tickets sold online.
As you know, there is only one sink in the kitchen. So, it is probably best to bring bins and towels – or whichever way you prefer – to transport back home the dirty dishes from your table.
Set up is from 6-7pm December 5th and 5-6pm December 6th. The doors will open at 6pm sharp. Please make sure that your table is completely ready prior to doors opening.
The grand prize will be awarded to the “Favorite Table” of the night. There will also be prizes for “Most Traditional” and “Most Creative”. Everyone in attendance gets to vote.
Most important – THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! You are a blessing, and we couldn’t make this amazing event happen for our ladies without you.
*Half the tables will fit 6 seats and half will fit 8 seats. You may request one or the other until gone.

Full Life Ladies Ministry Mission & Values
1 Thes 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
Our purpose is to bring women of all ages together for friendship, growth, encouragement and mentoring.
We will do this by:
Widening our circle of friendships among women in the church to develop real relationships that are significant and deepening for one another.
Heb 10:23-25 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
Serving God by using our gifts and talents to meet the needs of one another in all seasons of our lives.
1 Peter 4:8-10 Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins. 9 Show hospitality to one another without grumbling.10 As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.
To be Christ-centered: spending time in the Word of God, in worship and prayer for spiritual encouragement and growth.
Col 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
Core Values:
We will inspire, support and challenge one another. We will be present.
Eph 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
We will encourage one another in our relationships, spiritual life, our gifts and talents our ministry and outreach.
Gal 6:2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.
