Important Registration Details
- A $10 deposit is required to secure a spot. This amount applies toward the total camp cost and is not an additional fee.
- Students who participate in fundraisers can earn money toward their camp fund, but funds are not guaranteed, and any remaining balance must be covered by the parent.
- By registering, you are committing to paying the full balance by June 23rd to keep your child’s spot.
- All registrations are transferrable but not refundable.

What to Bring, Rules & Other Details
- We will carpool to Trinity Pines leaving the church Wednesday morning (time TBD, approx. 8am)
- Registration at camp: 1-2:30 p.m. on first day of camp. PLEASE NO early birds.
- If your student has a medical dietary restriction, please note that on the registration and notify your Youth Leader.
- Camp closes at 11am on the last day of camp and we will carpool home. We will have students call with at least a 1/2 hour heads up on arrival time (should be about 4pm).
- ACTIVITIES: General sessions, worship and devotions. Outdoor field days include: extreme games, team sports, zip-line, lake day and water games.
THINGS TO BRING:
- Bible, pen/paper
- flashlight
- sleeping bag & pillow
- towels
- toiletries
- play clothes
- modest swim suit
- money for snack shack & lunch on the way there
- clothes for water games
- fan
- bug spray
- sun screen
- couple pairs of shoes (hiking, dirt, water, shower shoes, etc.)
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
- Weapons/knives
- Fireworks
- Grumpiness
- Expensive electronics
RULES:
• ZERO TOLERANCE - NO PRANKING!
• Students must participate in all activities unless "special permission" is given by the Camp Director.
• Students are expected to follow the Camp Schedule and to be on time.
• Students may not leave the camp grounds for any reason unless accompanied by a staff member and with the Camp Director's permission.
This is a Christian camp program with biblical and moral standards. Any conduct considered inappropriate could result in dismissal from camp per the Director's discretion.
DRESS:
We take pride in the appearance of our campers. All students are expected to groom themselves neatly.
We ask that clothing be kept modest and suggest that you use your local school's dress code for warmer weather attire.
Other information:
• FLFC, SIMN and camp staff are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Water Baptism - Camp can be a life changing event and we've had students request to be water baptized in the past as part of their camp experience. We want you to know that this will only happen at the direction of your Youth Leader. Please be sure to discuss any questions or concerns you may have with them.
